Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Update:
Our shipping carrier, Canada Post, has suspended guaranteed shipping timelines. They cannot guarantee whether packages will be delivered during the exact timeline stated at checkout and orders can face slight delays in delivery. During this unfortunate time worldwide, we ask customers to allow for some leniency in the delivery timeline and wait at least a minimum of 3 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us or Canada Post to ask for an update. 

Currently all our shipments are done through Canada Post. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. There are various options of delivery duration available at checkout, these may vary according to the destination. 

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided as we will be unable to offer any sort of compensation if an incorrect destination address is given which lead to the order not reaching.

If the package is returned to us:
1. We may be able to ship the package out again but a new purchase label would have to be purchased by you.

2. If you would like a refund, we will only be able to refund the cost of the item(s) deducting the shipping cost AND a $5 restocking charge will be deducted as well. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, you will be notified through e-mail when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided.

In an unlikely event, that an order has not reached during its estimated delivery time, please contact us at Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from us via e-mail. In any urgent case, please directly contact Canada Post and provide them with your Tracking Number.

We cannot be held liable for any delays that have been caused by the delivery carrier and/or the destinations customs department.

We do not cover any customs charges (import taxes, duties and customs fees) that may incur with International purchases. The customer holds full responsibility to pay for any import customs related charges if they may occur. Please check with your local customs department for further detail. 

We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed as we start processing orders right away, therefore, we please request that customers fully read item descriptions, the size guide as well as the company's policies before placing an order. If there are any concerns or confusions then we request you to e-mail us at to clear them out before finalizing the order. 

We offer a pre-order option on select items that are on high demand. When purchasing a pre-order item, please allow approximately 3 weeks for only processing the item, the shipping duration is additional. Some orders can be dispatched before the 3 weeks mark or after. If multiple pre-order items are purchased, we can only dispatch your order once we have all the items on hand, therefore, your order could be delayed for this reason. If there is no status provided in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at with your order number stated clearly, we will look into the status and update you. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from us via e-mail. Due to any reason, if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we hold right to cancel and issue a refund. 

We do intend to soon launch our Warehouse Pick Up option for our domestic customers in Toronto. More info to come on this soon!
