Refunds and Exchanges Policy


We currently do not offers returns and/or exchanges, all items are currently FINAL SALE. Although, we are planning and hoping to launch a returns & exchanges policy soon.

In the case that you have received a faulty item that had slipped through our quality assessment, we sincerely apologize and request you to please e-mail us within 14 days of receipt along with pictures of the damage to Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response from us regarding your concern. 

Rings are the only items that we currently have that come in a various sizes. Although, we do hope that you have read through our Ring Size Guide before ordering your ring(s) but we do understand that confusion can occur and the wrong size may be ordered. For that reason, we offer EXCHANGE ONLY for ring sizes for the same item/design originally ordered. If you find yourself in the situation where you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us through e-mail within 7 days of receipt at and allow us 24 - 48 hours to get back to you. In the event that the exact same item/design of ring in your desired size is sold out, we will issue store credit. The cost to ship it to us will have to be paid by you, we can also not refund the original shipping cost. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The address will be provided through e-mail. 

Please note: The above compensation for exchanges only applies to RINGS. It does not apply to any other category of item.

All items part of our monthly "Sample Sale" are final sale. No returns and/or exchanges will be granted and no sort of compensation will be offered.
